Privacy & your appointment

This booking service collects the patient name, mobile number, consultation details, and any optional age, other information or reports you submit. The clinic uses these to arrange your appointment and contact you about your visit.

Who can access your details?

Authorised clinic owners and staff can view patient details and reports. Reports are stored privately and require clinic access to download. Booking records and changes are retained in the clinic’s appointment history.

Appointment messages

If you opt in to WhatsApp confirmations, MSG91 and WhatsApp/Meta process your name, mobile number, appointment date and time, consultation type and booking reference to deliver the confirmation. Medical reports and symptoms are not included in these messages. Booking works even when WhatsApp messaging is unavailable.
